Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage
For mortgage advice we charge a fee which is usually 0.5% of the loan amount with a minimum fee of £500.00, e.g if you want to borrow £150,000 the fee will be £750.00. This fee is payable at application stage. Any commission we receive will be refunded.

We charge a combination of fee and commission e.g. a fee of £245.00 payable at application stage and commission for arranging your mortgage.
